Although our current staffing requirements are met, we are always looking for people with "The Carrola Spirit".

We look for highly skilled, focused, and positive therapists with a "can-do" attitude. Our therapists are people-oriented, patient advocates with a passion for helping people overcome their injuries.

We are open Monday-Friday (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) and Saturday morning, providing opportunities for those who need to work outside the routine 9-5 work week. Our subspecialties include hand therapy, sports therapy, orthopedic manual therapy, and neurological rehabilitation. We are always interested in hearing from therapists with interest and expertise in these areas.

The clinic philosophy is to provide a positive working experience for our employees and the best possible care for our patients. We schedule therapists with only one patient per hour. Much of the paperwork is computerized, reducing the paper burden. We also have an office support-staff to facilitate the paper work process and to navigate the insurance maze, freeing therapists to focus on patient care.
